"Why," you ask? Because we want profile pages to have freedom of customization, but also to have some consistency. This way, when anyone visits a deviant, they know they can always find the art in the top left, and personal info in the top right.

I've always loved scenery and nature and the beauty of the earth. I wish I had the knowledge and skills to take professional quality photos to better capture the essence of the earth and nature. Hopefully with some time and money stashed away I will be able to pick up a decent camera and educate myself on the art of photography.
